Summary You will serve as an Electrical Worker in the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will install, alter, and repair equipment and components of electrical systems such as light switches, circuit breakers, fuses, relays, and outlets, both in shop and onboard ships. You will repair motors, generators, controllers, interior communication equipment, switches, breakers and other electrical equipment. You will rebuild and repair submarine, forklift, and standard batteries. You will locate broken, worn, damaged, or poorly operating wiring, fixtures, controls, and equipment through visual check or through use of a small variety of test equipment. You will read and follow wiring diagrams that specify where wiring, fixtures, and controls are installed or are to be hooked up.
