Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Brevard, North Carolina

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Brevard, NC. This role involves servicing customers via inbound and outbound calls, handling new patient enrollment, and managing order opportunities in a professional manner. The position requires the ability to identify customers' needs, utilize systems for documentation, and respond appropriately to customers’ inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing leads from external departments to complete necessary follow-up and product offerings

• Researching and resolving issues regarding a customer’s order and communicating the outcome to the customer when appropriate

• Completing and updating all pertinent records in company systems

• Establishing and maintaining effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties

• Demonstrating proficiency and knowledge of the company’s product offerings

• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers

• Answering Community Voice Mail

• Supporting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and continued training

• Demonstrating proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and related applications and systems

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence efficiently

• Scheduling appointments and managing order entries.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently

• Proficient in data entry and order entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication with customers

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, managing multiple calendars as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including the ability to create spreadsheets and documents as required

• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge and stay updated with new product and service information

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling customer information

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; further education in a relevant field will be a plus.
