Design Assistant Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Information Design & Marketing Job Summary Medpace Cincinnati is seeking an office-based Design Assistant to join our Information Design team! Responsibilities Provide day-to-day departmental/project support activities, such as inventory, invoices, and organizing the work area; Coordinate printed materials with the project team and the vendor; Conduct efficient quality control review of documents and presentations, with special emphasis on spelling, consistency, and good design principles; Coordinate, perform, and track printing; and Perform other tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required; Excellent organizing, prioritizing, spelling, and follow-up skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); and Incredible attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
