As a Med Passer, you will provide residents with timely and quality care services, while passing medication promptly and accurately, encouraging resident participation in daily activities and ensuring their safety. To qualify: you must have at least 6 months of Med Passing experience and a strong and steady work history showing dependability and dedication. We believe that to be successful at Gateway you must get to know our Residents and the team. Therefore for the first four weeks, you will receive Med Passer wages, however, you will be performing daily Caregiver tasks and learning the Gateway way!
