Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Analyst Labor and Delivery for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In This Role:

  • You will be assisting the Director with the implementation of a multidisciplinary hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program to ensure ongoing assessment of patient care delivery according to established standards.

  • You will establish monitoring and assessment criteria for all clinical services in collaboration with medical staff practitioners for ongoing assessment of patient care services.

  • You will assist in the development of appropriate forms for data collection and analysis.

  • You will coordinate individual medical staff departmental and committee activities for reporting at designated time intervals.

  • You will maintain centralized records of all Performance Improvement activities pertaining to the medical staff to ensure ready access for review and follow-up.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

  • Current Licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.

  • Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on Performance Improvement, Risk Management or related activities

  • Relevant education may substitute experience requirement.
