TRAMITADOR DE SINIESTROS AUTO INTERNACIONALES

Sedgwick Iberia selecciona tramitadores de autos para la gestión de siniestros internacionales (fuera del territorio español) para la ampliación de nuestro departamento de siniestros.

El perfil requerido es un profesional con experiencia y conocimiento en la tramitación de siniestros internacionales, su normativa y legislación que de apoyo al equipo actual.

Ofrecemos el desarrollo profesional en una de las principales compañías de tramitación y peritación de siniestros a nivel mundial, así como aprendizaje continúo en la tramitación de siniestros auto y otros ramos.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Apertura de siniestros y reporte al cliente.

• Tramitación de siniestros internacionales (4º directiva – ámbito de aplicación de la carta verde).

• Gestión con nuestra red de colaboradores de asistencia en carretera, repatriaciones, reparaciones, reclamación de daños.

• Reclamaciones de daños propios y paralizaciones.

Detalles del perfil solicitado:

• Formación específica en el área de seguros, valorándose titulación de grado medio o superior

• Experiencia relevante en el sector asegurador y mínima de 3 años en la tramitación de siniestros auto internacionales.

• Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).

• Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en la gestión de siniestros en convenios nacionales (CICOS), así como de la normativa sectorial relacionada (Ley de Contrato de Seguro, LSRCCVM, RSOSSP, Reglamento Articulado, Reglamento de Mensajes, Manual de Criterios…).
