Lockheed Martin ADP Mobility Program Integrator - Level 4 in Marietta, Georgia

Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting clutch player who is highly driven and highly motivated to deliver results in a challenging, yet rewarding, environment with growing demands from our diverse customers and stakeholders. The Skunk Works® Mobility Team is seeking a portfolio integrator that is central to assisting in the planning, organizing and orchestrating the awesome of the work conducted by our talented teams.

This position supports the executive staff of the Mobility portfolio with the execution of staff work, driving/management of the portfolio business rhythm, portfolio administration and operational needs to include, but not limited to: cross-functional coordination in support of program start-up and execution; facilitating meetings/reviews; tracking portfolio milestones; tracking and driving strategic initiatives to closure; development of effective relationships across sites, LOBs and BAs to support current/future needs of the portfolio; management/reporting of various control accounts; developing executive briefing material for internal and external stakeholders; coordinating recognition awards; coordinating reviews/all-hands and monitoring ADP-Mobility portfolio metrics in conjunction with the ADP Program Integration team. Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

· Experience with program support, administration, and project management.

· Experience developing effective professional relationships

· Experience aligning geographically-diverse cross-functional teams around objectives and bringing them to timely closure

· Experience fostering inclusive and collaborative environments

· Experience developing and presenting briefing content for executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

· Proficient with MS Office tools and MS Teams/collaboration tools

Desired Skills:

· Advanced degree in business, engineering or similar field

· Highly organized with keen attention to detail and committed to delivery quality work products

· Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving, and execution skills in a multiple project environment

· Experience being accountable for overall technical, cost, and schedule performance for assigned program(s)

· Experience handling multiple competing priorities and thriving in fast-paced environment

· Experience as a CAM and/or familiarity with EV processes

· Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Considered an emerging authority/leader.

· Experience with cost, schedule and risk/opportunity management

· Growth mindset practitioner.

· Experience in proposal management process

· Skilled in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

· Previous experience in IT, operations, program integration or project management.

· Active Secret Clearance strongly preferred; Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
