This position is to ensure success of the Memphis Plant and delivery of the Manufacturing Strategy through development of the Maintenance team and driving implementation of Maintenance Excellence and Overhaul Excellence. Ensure that 1) Maintenance and Overhaul programs are implemented effectively, 2) processes and standards are followed, 3) Staff are supported and developed to provide the capabilities needed by the organization in alignment with regional goals and objectives. What You Will Do...

• Provide world class customer service to the Operations organization to ensure all defects are properly repaired or replaced as required.

• Ensure maintenance activities meet internal Company Standards, and external safety, health, and environmental regulatory requirements. This includes oversight of Contract Maintenance firms to ensure they are in alignment with these requirements.

• Manage Maintenance Department to increase individual capabilities. Increase knowledge around Maintenance to improve the ability of the team to meet the objectives of our Manufacturing Strategy. This includes providing training opportunities for all direct and indirect reports and ensuring participation by all as required on their performance goals and objectives.

• Champion implementation of Maintenance Excellence work processes and management systems

• Lead site productivity and sustainable productivity improvement initiatives

• Drive implementation of Overhaul Excellence processes and lead all site turnaround activities (preparation, execution, follow-up) in support of the site and regional goals.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure an effective and efficient PM/PdM/Asset Care and Integrity program is developed, executed and documented.

• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the site has an effective, efficient MRO and critical spares program.

• Collaborate with other maintenance managers throughout the company to leverage best practices.

What You Will Have...

• 7-10 years of experience in Maintenance and Turnaround leadership in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment, preferably in a high hazard, PSM site.

• Engineering or relevant technical bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but others will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Subject matter expertise in maintenance (preventative, predictive and repair) methods, techniques and principles.

• The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $165,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
