Are you a seasoned IT professional with a deep understanding of SAP and ERP systems? Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Very good knowledge of business processes in the field of production planning and control, financial services, logistic execution as well as management experience in IT services

  • Very good operational knowledge, process-related in production planning and supply chain management

  • Strong knowledge of various SAP applications (SAP PP, MM, SD, FI, LE, IBP, S&OP Modul etc.) and their dependencies in a manufacturing company

  • Familiar with SAP Implementation Scenarios i.e. challenging and exciting S/4HANA transformation and optimization projects

  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Responsible for ERP systems, database management, and system administration. Experience with on-site and cloud-based computing infrastructures.

  • Experience leading design, build, and maintenance of end-to-end networks and cloud provider integrations.

  • Manage your dynamic teams with a high level of motivation on site and off shore

  • Motivates organization to accept change and adapt priorities in order to meet changing demands.

  • Develops, coaches, and mentors experienced members and managers of the team and provides development assignments.

  • Manages the performance of team members and managers by meeting regularly with each member to discuss current and future state of key projects, identifies developmental opportunities, and evaluates performance based on key metrics.

  • Oversees the development of requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple business domains by consulting with stakeholders and directing IT teams.

  • Communicates performance expectations and monitors and evaluates performance of members and managers of team to ensure plans are met.

  • Encourages partnerships between IT, Program and/or Project Managers, and other business stakeholders to drive workforce planning efforts.

  • Identifies and promotes a unifying vision throughout the organization with associated day-to-day goals and creates a climate in which people want to contribute.

  • Communicates plans, roadmaps, directions, strategies, and initiatives within business domain, verbally and in writing.

  • Promotes creativity and innovation in own team by developing creative solutions to problems, translating issues into actionable plans, leveraging new technology, and encouraging the same behavior in others.

  • Provides guidance and directs the management of business requirements and/or solutions to meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements within domain of expertise.

  • Brings together individuals from different backgrounds, locations, and cultures to accomplish project goals.

  • Allocates workload (which includes key decisions, project management, and resource allocation) among team members and managers by taking into consideration employee availability, skill set, and current workload when making assignments.

  • Advises and teaches experienced members and managers of the team on how to achieve effective job performance.

  • Oversees and takes accountability for the solution design process by ensuring solutions are aligned with business strategies and operational work flow, and establishes budgets and vendor service-level agreements.

  • Ensures the appropriate implementation of and adherence to standardized tools, templates, and processes by team members to support continuous process improvement within domain of expertise.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Working independently with no supervision.

  • Providing supervision to other supervisors/managers who are direct reports.

  • Making decisions that are significant in impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives; Errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work process/product or time between decisions and results; Errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct.

  • Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. May require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.

  • Some financial accountability (e.g., manages a small budget, has input into P&L).

  • Having a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is making or directly making key decisions that have substantial impact on the organization).

  • Completing tasks that require multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; tasks require simultaneously executing multiple cognitive abilities and maintaining information in short or long-term memory.

  • Using deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.

  • Exercising substantial creativity is needed to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an IT-related field.

  • 10+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., VP level and above).

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR

10+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
