Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate and coordinate a wide variety of contracts including, but not limited to the following services: Marketing, Advertising, and Localization. Identify, develop, and drive best-practice supplier management, procurement, and category management practices. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to strategically evaluate spend. Analyze spend and business data, internal requirements, and external supply markets, to develop strategic sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business goals. Establish procurement performance targets and timelines, and ensure alignment with the sourcing plans. Act as procurement subject matter expert in consulting with the business on procurement strategies, processes, policies, and best practices. Develop partnerships with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, and Legal teams. Realize complex sourcing projects and lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company. Maintain contract records, working with various business groups to simplify processes. Leverage best in class agreements, processes, negotiation techniques, and vendor coordination strategies. Recommend adoption of e-Sourcing and other innovative tools when applicable. Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or plan a marketing or advertising campaign. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets.Requirements:Requirements: Master’s in Business Administration , Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Foreign equivalent accepted. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: 1. Supply chain, procurement, or sourcing; 2. Partnering with a team of marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to develop and build alignment around long- and short-term supplier strategies; 3. Implementing strategic sourcing and process improvement initiatives; 4. Planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management; 5. Negotiations or equivalent contract analysis; 6. Driving negotiations in a high transaction volume environment; 7. Coordinating global contract documents through execution; and 8. Developing strategy for, and execution of competitive sourcing activities.

Minimum Salary: 169,261 Maximum Salary: 186,450 Salary Unit: Yearly
