ManpowerGroup Material Handler/Assembler 2nd Shift in North Reading, Massachusetts

Our client Amazon, in North Reading, MA is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Assembly and Logistics team within the general manufacturing team, responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of Amazon products manufactured internally.

Job Title: Material Handler/Assembler

Location: North Reading, MA

Pay Rate: $18.41

Schedule: Monday to Friday 2nd Shift

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for Robotics assembly, Material Handling, and product packaging.

  • Required to perform tasks to build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.

  • Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.

  • Learning systems and tools for material management as well as coordinate methods of delivery with suppliers and customers.

  • Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on time delivery of goods.

  • Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment & pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers (Highly preferred for forklift ability)

What’s Needed?

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Read and follow English language instructions.

  • Able to work safely in structured manufacturing environments.
