Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We’re seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team and support our company’s financial operations. If you have a knack for accuracy and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Handle payroll processing and related tasks.

• Assist with audit preparations as needed.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Experience with account reconciliation

• Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) procedures

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations
