Your Role:

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team of resources including our internal networks, strategic technology suppliers and academic partners. You’ll be part of a special team working to enable us to pursue new growth opportunities across categories and geographies, and, over time, to increase the flexibility of our existing global footprint.

Reporting to the Program Lead you will primarily support the Facilities Squad Leader, this role will be based out of our Global Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. You will serve as Project Manager on major capital and expense projects utilizing standard project management fundamentals and methodologies, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Regional and Plant leadership teams to understand and implement project objectives that meet the defined strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Defining of project scope, timeline and resource requirements, development of cost estimates, forecasting and tracking of all deliverables, and facilitation of team meetings and activities to drive alignment and commitment amongst all stakeholders.

  • Manage contractor and vendor agreements and deliverables, maintain comprehensive and accurate data, and ensure all documentation is stored in controlled company repositories.

  • Understand objectives, provide solutions to problems and be capable of preparing appropriate recommendations.

  • Provide a basic understanding of vendor technology and equipment performance as it applies to construction, installation and commissioning activities.

Position Requirements:

About You:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Engineering or related technical degree 10 years of applicable project management and/or design experience.

  • Drive change execution methodology.

  • Understands project financial data, value proposition, and business linkage.

  • Develops and maintains project financial forecast and assures project or program meets targets established.

  • Monitors actual program spend.

  • Assures impacts are addressed and communicated. Works to minimize the impact of delays and cost overruns.

  • Manages team provides conflict resolution and maintains momentum to achieve a better outcome.

  • Travel Requirement of 25-30%
