Description

We're looking for a Staff Accountant with experience in NetSuite to assist with our financial operations. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

· Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform account analysis

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

· Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Assist with financial reporting and analysis

· Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial information

· Utilize NetSuite to manage financial data, generate reports, and perform accounting tasks

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

· 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with NetSuite experience

· Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification

· Experience with financial planning and analysis

· Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
