Director Globaly IT Security Leads all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure and information security practices. These areas include cloud PaaS/IaaS operations, networks, telecommunications, end user services and information security as well as corresponding budgets and policies for each. This role manages resources in a global IT environment, establishing priorities and activities for team members and maintaining high-quality deliverables for critical systems. Responsibilities Manage corporate cyber-security practices, including policies and procedures. Regularly test, identify, and remediate vulnerabilities throughout the environment. Architect technological, procedural, and training security practices that result in an appropriate level of information security. Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations. Drive IT service level improvements through key performance indicators. Stay current on technology trends and provide recommendations to management. Develop and maintain project plans; define scope and objectives for technology initiatives; manage project budgets and resources. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant field 7+ years of experience managing security in a global business environment. Knowledge of cyber security policies, practices, and operations Global technology management experience Key Relationships Global internal and external customers. Travel Requirements Less than 10% Our Director Global IT Security earn a variable compensation including base salary and bonus.
