Job Description:

Main Responsibilities but not limited to

Manages the category of Site Services and R & D in Japan/Korea but not limited to. Lead and support Global project initiatives. Support deployment of Category and Sub-Category strategies in the responsible area Identify and drive procurement projects to deliver Cost/Cash savings. Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies and processes. Leverage and consolidate spend, rationalizing/ right sizing the supplier base. Maximize extending supplier payment terms for free cash flow optimization. Lead/execute commercial agreements negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or the equivalent

• Minimum of 6-9 years relevant working experience

• Strong understanding of procurement/strategic commodity management

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Procurement tools

• Good knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering process, contract management, contract negotiation and contract governance

• Excellent communication skills with all relevant stakeholders of internal company and external authorities.

• Work independently and a team player.

• Fluency in both of oral and written English and Japanese. Knowledge in Korean language will be an advantage.
