HR Leave Administration Specialist

Hybrid Position in Winston Salem, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Duration: 4 Month Assignment

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $ 23.90/hr

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries related to Leave of Absence (LOA), FMLA, and Accommodations.

  • Triaging LOA/FMLA cases by sending Notice of Eligibility of Rights and Responsibilities, FMLA Designation Notices.

  • Indexing and distributing Medical Records tasks in Salesforce.

  • Completing verification requests.

  • Conducting Quality Assurance reviews.

Must-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

  • 2+ years of HR /Leave Administration experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce.

  • Ability to handle competing priorities with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

  • Experience with Workday.

Pay Details: $23.94 per hour
